Feature - Expanded Laser Picking Ticket

Release Date: 6/14/23
Version: 8.6 and Above

The standard picking ticket is hard coded and does not allow the user to customize the layout. The standard pick ticket prints 5-6 items per page resulting in documents that can be 75-100 pages in some instances depending on the number of items on the order. This feature adds form file support for the picking ticket which allows user to customize the layout. The standard layout provided is wider and similar to the expanded invoice form layout. It support 2 lines per item as a default but can be rearranged to only print one line per line item. With that, user can decide what information to be printed on each line and line spacing ..etc. Thus, you can have more lines per page for the pick ticket.

Form Setup

A predefined template is provided and the user can modify the laser form format on their own.  To create the pre-defined form layout go to Customer Order Processing-> Utility-> Invoice Form Setup-> Reset-> Expanded Laser Pick Ticket.

The user will be presented with a prompt asking if they wish to reset form 94 to the Expanded Elliott Laser Pick Ticket Format.

Answer Y to reset the form.
