Elliott Shipping Acknowledge Email Tracking Number Is Missing

Q - Our Elliott Shipping Acknowledge Email was working properly previously. All of a sudden, the tracking number is missing from the email. If I go to the invoice history, I can see the tracking note. See sample below.  Do you know what may have caused this to happen?



A - Below is an example of a good tracking note. As you can see, there are two leading spaces in front of the literal "Track #:"  For Elliott to detect the tracking number in the note, the literal and tracking numbers are position sensitive. 

It is likely your third party manifest program interface has been changed.  Please advise your technician that he/she can't just drop the leading space.  For a complete integration guide for third-party manifests, please refer to the following Knowledge Base article:
