Change Customer' SLM eContact when Customer's SLM is changed
The excellent Post Office allows to email a copy of the invoice to the SLM by adding the SLM as an eContact (after adding the SLM's email as an eContact to the SLM file). Changing a SLM on the customer file requires deleting the eContact of the old SLM and adding a new eContact of the new SLM on the Customer screen manually. I suggest to have a prompt "Change SLM eContact?" after changing a SLM. If user answer Yes (should be the default), Elliott will delete the old SLM eContact from the customer and add the new SLM eContact.
When setting up PDF PostOffice, you can setup to use SalesmanEmail as the variables in cc or bcc area. This will address your issue without any programming.
