This feature allows the user to keep track of when accumulators are cleared in Elliott and which user run the process. The PTD, QTD (payroll), YTD accumulators throughout Elliott A/R, A/P, P/R and I/M require clearing at the right timing.  Failure to do this at the right time can cause questions as to why the values are incorrect. 

With this feature, when a user clears the accumulators in A/R, A/P, P/R, I/M, COP (which has the shortcut to clear A/R and I/M), the application now updates the Global Setup to keep track of the last clearing action. The application also keeps track of the prior clearing.  Therefore, when we update Global Setup for last clearing info, the application will move the current clearing info to the prior clearing info.  This way, we keep track of the last two clearings.
