AVG and AVAST False Positive in Identifying Elliott Payment Portal as Phishing Website
It has been reported by our users that AVG or AVAST anti-virus software may falsely identify the Elliott Payment Portal as a phishing website and block it. For example, when you try to access:
https://www.paymyinvoices.us/........
It may show the following message:
Threat securedWe've safely aborted connection on www.paymyinvoices.us because it was infected with URL: Phishing.

Unfortunately, with the nature of anti-virus software, this is a false positive. If this happens to you, you can file a false positive report with AVG and AVAST as follows:
Once you received their confirmation email on the white list of the site, you should update your anti-virus software and go from there.
