When Using F1 Key to Add-On-the-Fly, Receive "Company File Not Found" Message

Q - When in an F7 or F8 generic search window and the F1 key was chosen to Add-On-The-Fly, one of my users received the following message:
Company file not found. Only SUPERVISOR can initialize it.

If you click on the "OK" button, then you will receive the following error:
Error 3/005 on Company File. This may indicate a network problem.

This can be Add-On-the-Fly for a customer, item, job code...etc. This problem only happens to one of my users. Other users can use the F1 key to perform the Add-On-the-Fly function without any problem. What happened?
A - We were able to duplicate this problem and fix the bug. It happens with certain USERID/PASSOWRD combinations (when both the user ID and password are long). The problem has been fixed with versions 8.2 or 8.5 released after 11/21/2019.
