A - The best way to answer this question is for you to go to System Utilities -> System File Setup -> Report -> Master Event List. Choose “D” for “Report Type” and hit Enter to choose default for the rest of the fields. Below is a sample of this “Master Event List” and it shows that we do support pick ticket events.
It will be easier to do this research if you know the program task ID. How you find that out is a bigger subject which we won’t spend time to explain in this article. From the same report above, you can find the following answers:

When packing lists are printed – No
When a shipment has been verified - Yes (CPSHPVER)
When ship data update is used - Yes (CPSHPUPD)
