User Is Not Able to Access the Module Even After I Gave Full Access

Q - I’m having an issue with the permissions for a user. I have given this user full access to the AP module, but when he goes into Elliott, it does not give him the option. See sample screen below. Can you see what I’m doing wrong?


A - You need to give him access at the higher System Manager level. You need to bring up the following record for this user at the specified company:
                Package Name: SYS
                Process Name: ACT
Then set “3. Accounts Payable” to “Y.” See sample screen below:


The "SYS" record acts like a master switch that decides whether the user can access the module.
