Feature - Added an Est End (Estimated End) to the BOMP Operator File Inquiry Screen

In BOMP--> Inquiry --> Operator Inquiry, we have added an Est End
(Estimated End) field to the BOMP Operator file inquiry screen. This field will be displayed in military time or text descriptions if the time does not occur in the current day. This field will have four possible values:
- PrvDay - if the estimated ending time has already passed in a preceding day.
- 99:99* - the estimated ending time has passed in the current day (note the *).
- 99:99 - the estimated ending time is some time in the future, before the end of the day. Please note that there is no warning if the time is after the operator shift ends.
- NxtDay - if the estimated ending time will be after midnight of the current day.
