Feature - Staging Verification Bin Assignment

Currently, the system uses a snapshot at the time of calculation of the inventory in the stocking bins only. If two users process staging batches at the same time using the F8=Assign Bins function or if an item on both staging batches has not been processed yet by one user, Elliott will direct both users to the same physical bin to pull the same physical inventory. This slows down the staging process, as the second user to approach the bin may find it empty or lacking enough inventory to fulfill their batch. This slows down in the picking process.
With this feature the F8=Assign Bins function will take stocking bins assigned to In-Process Staging Batches that are not completed yet into account when calculating the bin assignments and pick path.
Note: Once this code change is installed, the user must run Inventory Management-> Processing-> Reset Qty Allocations before processing and staging batches through Staging Verification or printing Staging Slips for a staging batch.
