How to Use Netcellent's ACH Payment Portal to Pay Invoices

Netcellent's payment portal can be accessed at the following URL:

You should see the following sign-in screen:

If you are logging in for the first time, you may not know your password.  Click on the button "Forgot Password." Enter your email address, and click "Send Password." See sample screen below:


A six-digit, case-sensitive, random password will be emailed to you.  You can use that password to login. Once you login, you can go to the "Help" section and click on "Update Password" to change your password to something you can remember for your future login.



To start paying online in this portal, you must first set up a bank account. You will need your bank's routing number and account number. 

Once your bank account information is set up, you can go to the Outstanding Invoices section and select the invoice and amount you wish to pay, then click "Next."  It is possible to pay partial amounts.


In the next screen, you choose the bank account and schedule date (default is today), and enter a memo which will show on your bank statement:


Once you submit it, you will receive a confirmation email of your payment. The bank account you provided with be deducted by the amount you specify in the next 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Note: if you have outstanding credit memos or payments with us, you must contact us to manually apply them to your existing invoices. You will not be able to apply them through this payment portal yourself.

Also, please be aware that the login to Netcellent's ACH Payment Portal is by invitation only. To pay online through this portal, you must contact Netcellent first so we can set up your credentials. You can either call us at 909-598-9019 and press the extension for accounting, or you can email your request to accounting@netcellent.com.
