Feature - Pick Ticket Printing for Not Equal to Customer Type
Version: 8.5 & Up
In Pick Ticket Printing, the system allows printing of pick tickets to a particular customer type or all customer types. With this new feature, the system now allows printing of pick tickets that are not equal to a customer type. See details below:
- At field "17. Customer Type," the literal is changed to "17. Customer Type (Equal to)." See sample screen below.
- Users can either enter one customer type, or press ENTER for "All."
- If users want to use "not Equal to" instead, users can press the F1 key and the literal will be redisplayed as "17. Customer Type (Not Equal to)."
- You must enter a specific customer type if you choose "Not Equal to." ENTER for "All" is not allowed.
- Users can press the F1 key to goggle back to "Equal to" again.
- A flag to pass the equal or not equal to flag will be added to Pick Ticket. This is a hidden field. If the value is blank, then we will consider the value as "equal to." This way, any previously created deferred processing for pick tickets will continue to work.

The primary purpose of this enhancement is so that a particular customer type's pick tickets can be separated out from the general batch and be handled on their own.
