Feature - Add Security for eContact Email Docs Button

In eContact, Web tab, the "Email Docs..." is used to control whether a contact will receive PDF PostOffice documents as well as various automated emails. We now add security to limit the users who can access this button. It is possible you may want to let users (e.g., salesmen) access the eContact, but you only want to let the accounting department have the right to access this button.
The following is a sample screen where the "Email Docs..." button is disabled for the user:
You can disable users' access to this "Email Docs..." button by default. Then define an exception list of users who can access it.
You can accomplish this by going to Global Setup -> System -> eContact Manager -> Flag "15. Can All Users Access eContact Email Doc Button." The default value is "Y." Answer "N" and a window will pop up to allow you to enter a list of up to 20 users. You do not need to define SUPERVISOR in this list because the user SUPERVISOR always has the right.
