Feature - Support Additional IM Distribution File Reference for PO Receiving
Version: 8.5 and Above
Currently, the Inventory Management Distribution file reference field is populated during legacy and warehouse receiving posting with the receiving document number and the line item item number. Here is an example:

This feature allows the user to choose a second format which consists of the purchase order number including the release number, the line number, and the line item item number. Here is an example:
000260-00 001 DATA-BUS
This option is enabled through Global Setup-> Dist-> PO Global Setup-> Screen 3-> Field 44. Use PO No, Rel No, Line, Item As G/L Reference.
The default value is N. If set to Y, the I/M Distribution File reference field that is created when either legacy or warehouse receivings are posted will contain the purchase order number including the release number, the line number, and the item number.
