Contact Name, Email, and Phone Number Show in Order Comments
Version: 8.2 & Up
Q - All of a sudden, the contact's name, e-mail address, and phone number shows up in the order comments and prints on the invoice. See sample screen below. What may cause this to happen?
A - It seems that you have changed the Global Setup to copy from eContact automatically. You need to turn off From System
Utility -> Global Setup -> System ->eContact -> Change the following flags to "N":
- 9. Copy eContact Name to Order?
- 10. Copy eContact E-Mail to Order?
- 11. Copy eContact Telephone to Order?
