I Get a Message -- "Ship Via Code Setup" -- and the Picking Ticket Does Not Print

Q: I am trying to print a picking ticket, but I get this message: "Order# 123456 Skipped - Ship Via Code Setup."  How do I fix this?



A: The message indicates the ship via for the order is not configured to print picking tickets.  Pull up the ship via in AR Ship Via Code Maintenance and review field 10, Prt Ord w/This Ship Via on Pick List.



The default is Y, but setting this to N will prevent the picking tickets from printing.  This may be desirable for a storefront where the customer selects the item from the shelf.
