Q -Can you provide me with the instructions on how to import the COP RMA (Return Material Authorization) template to use as my starting point for building an RMA?

Look for the section "Import Laser Form Template in the New Company."  This is very much a similar procedure, except when it comes  time to choose the template file, you will choose CPRMAPRT.F01.  See sample screen below:
