Q - Does Elliott provide a payroll report to be compliant with "Obamacare" (ACA)? Specifically, does Elliott provides information to support 1095 tax forms.
A - It may be possible to retrieve the information on 1095 forms through report writer. But we do not print 1095 tax forms. The only change we have made so far to support the Affordable Care Act (ACA) is that we added a new field in Employee Master File, page 2, "38. Employer-Sponsored Health Coverage Cost (for W2)." As the field implies, this is to support W-2 reporting. See attached screen below:
We have not added anything else specifically to support the ACA.
