Elliott Report Viewer Has Stopped Working

Q - I have a couple users that have been getting the following error when trying to do anything that launches the report viewer. See sample screen below:

A - In this particular case, these users are running on a terminal server. We are not sure why this happens.  It seems to be related to the specific user's profile setup.  In any case, once the user reboots the server, the problem goes away.

If you receive the following similar error on a terminal server environment when trying to run Elliott V7.5:

    EL700.EXE Has Stopped Working

then it is possible that you can also resolve this issue by rebooting the terminal server.
