Feature - Expanded Selection Parameters for Reorder Advice User Defined CSV Export
Release Date: 6/8/2016
We have expanded selection parameters for the Reorder Advice User Defined export CSV process. We added Include/Exclude Categories, Item Has Attribute, Item Vendor Number, Activity Code, Show Item Qty OH >0, Show Item Qty Allocated > 0, Show Item Qty On Order >0, and Show Item Qty Back Order > 0 selection fields to the report screen. Also, we added wildcard ability to the Starting Item number field.
• Starting Item Number - added wildcard ability
• Include/Exclude Categories - If I(Include) or E(Exclude) is entered in the first field on this line, up to 10 categories may then be entered. If N(none) is selected, this criteria will be skipped.
• Item Has Attribute - if an entry is made in this field, the item must have that attribute to show on the report. Pressing Enter on this field will cause that selection criteria to be skipped.
• Item Vendor Number - Up to three vendor numbers may be entered on this line. If one or more vendors are entered, only items with those vendors will show on the report. If the user presses Enter on the first vendor number, then it means “All.”
• Activity Code - Options include: A=Active, A*=All Active (and subcodes), A?= Active + ? Sub Code, F=Forecast, O=Obsolete, P=Planning. Enter spaces for All Activity Codes
• Show Item Qty OH >0: The possible values are “Y” (Show Qty OH > 0) "N" (Show Qty OH <=0), A=All. “A” is the default value. If the report is created at the Detail level, the comparison will be on the location value, if the report is Summary level, the comparison will be on the Item Qty OH for all locations.
• Show Item Qty Allocated >0: Similar to “Show Item Qty OH >0.”
• Show Item Qty On Order >0: Similar to “Show Item Qty OH >0.”
• Show Item Qty Back Order >0: Similar to “Show Item Qty OH >0.”
• Show Item Qty On Order >0: Similar to “Show Item Qty OH >0.”
• Show Item Qty Back Order >0: Similar to “Show Item Qty OH >0.”
Please note that all Show Item Qty parameters will be treated as "And" for the selection logic.
For Example, take an item that has OH qty of 20 and Allocated qty of 10. If "Show Item Qty OH" = "Y" and "Show Item Qty Allocated" = "N,", the item would pass the OH qty test, but would not pass the Allocated qty test, so the item would not appear in the CSV file or report.
